Up top, seating for six comfortably, we have six kids and all eight of us fit up top comfortably.Through the rear sliding glass doors you enter the Salon which has, in my opinion, 1 of the best layouts for a boat this size.Port side Aft (Left rear) is a large L-shaped bench and removable Dining Table with drop leaves to expand and also turns into a bed.Port Side Fwd is the Galley (Kitchen) with Stove, Oven, Sink, and some counter space.Starboard side (Right) is a large bench that converts into a bunk. Rwd Starboard Side sliding window has been replaced with Plexi-glass and has a crack.Starboard Side Mid Ship is the Lower Helm (steering station), below an AIR CONDITIONING-DC Refer and some drawers for storage.Starboard Side Fwd closed off with a door is the Head (bathroom with removable porta-potty), Sink, and shower with a Teak floor for drainage.there is a V berth (sleeping quarters) fwd of cabin with a door!Needs a Ship to Shore breaker replaced before connecting to AIR CONDITIONED power.Hot Water Heater and Red Dot heater that runs off of the Engine coolant, Multiple water tanks and pump. This Vessel has running water and a SHOWER!currently in the water and ready to river test with serious offers.No scammers. I will not ship this boat.
