This beautiful Fantail 50 was imported into the US from the renowned Transworld Yachts Shipyard in Taipei, Taiwan. She is a distinctive and well built two stateroom trawler. It features an excellent live-aboard layout, and an elegant fantail stern with semi-circular seating. She has a spacious pilothouse with a cocktail/dining table area and panoramic view. The Fantail 50 turns heads in every port with her sheer beauty. Walkthrough:
The Fantail 50 is boarded from her side decks, where the walkways lead to the covered semi-circular aft deck, which features a teak deck, half-circle bench seating (with storage beneath) and a built-in dining table. Entering the main salon through the double glass doors, the comfortable sofa is on starboard, and 2 recliners face across on port. The salon is bright and airy thanks to the abundance of sliding glass windows. The U-shaped galley is on port, and a convenient desk/workspace is across. Up three steps to the pilothouse, the large semi-circle dining table faces forward, sharing of the pilot's panoramic view. The helm station is functional and well planned, with a built-in chart table on port, along with access to the side deck. There are stairs forward-starboard that lead to the lower deck. Down below, the master stateroom is aft with private head, and the guest stateroom is forward, with the guest head across.

Pilothouse:
The pilothouse features a U-shaped settee (dinette) with a cocktail table which extends to a dining table. The settee is at a normal height and the windows are arranged so that there is superb visibility. The helm station is forward amidships. A chart table with large chart drawers is to port. The stairway is to starboard. Two ports in the aft end of the pilothouse over the galley and office afford good visibility aft. The area aft of the settee is open to the galley so that food can be passed up to the pilothouse and someone in the galley can maintain voice contact with a helmsman.
Master Stateroom:
This cabin features an athwartship island queen-sized bed; two hanging lockers; dressing table drawers; barrel chair, built-in washer and dryer and a private head with stall shower.
Guest cabin:
Featuring over/under single bunks. The upper port bunk slides out to make a double bunk. There is a hanging locker and ample storage for guest head is entered from the vestibule at the bottom of the circular staircase.
